At the Hotel Exe Casa de Los Linajes, the Romanesque tradition and the comfort of the 21st century merge in the heart of Segovia. The 'lineage' he refers to is that of the Falconi family. Carlos Falconi, son of the King of France Carlos VII, settled in Segovia in the 16th century, where he built his house.
The renovation of this accessible hotel for people with reduced mobility has respected the historical aesthetics of the building, while providing contemporary comforts in its interior.
The hotel comprises two buildings, an aristocratic mansion that has a Romanesque access door and the coat of arms that gives it its name (Casa de los Linajes); and a recently-built building that accommodates most of the rooms.
The Hotel Exe Casa de Los Linajes is located in a peaceful and quiet corner of the old town of Segovia, just five minutes from the Plaza Mayor.
The hotel boasts beautiful views of the Eresma valley and the fields of Castilla, especially from the hotel's large terrace. Its facilities include gardens, event rooms, a restaurant and gym.
