We offer booking services for different types of accommodation: hotels, bungalows, apartments, etc. through our website Omnirooms.com.
Omnirooms.com acts as an intermediary. Thus, you create a contractual relationship with the recreational structure, but Omnirooms Travel Online sends you a a booking confirmation and a reservation coupon.
The accommodation establishments publish their own pictures and information about rooms, rates, availability, etc. Therefore, we are not responsible for the accuracy of such information.
2. Prices
Omnirooms Travel Online, S.L. shows prices referring to one room and taxes are included, unless other type of price is indicated.
The cost per stay is not related to any currency exchange rate, which fluctuates according to the currency market.
Sometimes, the establishment will publish special offers and rates depending on the time of the year, its own anniversary or other specific campaigns.

4. Payment
Some establishments offer the possibility to pay for a reservation through an online secure payment system. This payment is safely processed directly from your credit/debit card or from your account to the account of the establishment via an external payment processor owned by the establishment.
For certain rates or special offers, the hotel may ask you to pay in advance by bank transfer or credit card. In that case, your credit card could be pre-authorized or be charged once you make the booking. Please check the room details to learn about the special conditions before reserving.
5. Cancel reservation
When you make a reservation in a hotel, you accept their cancellation policy and additional terms and conditions of the establishment that can affect your booking. The services and/or products offered by the establishment are included here. Please note that certain rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations. Payment delays, wrong bank data, data from credit cards or debit cards, invalid debit or credit cards or insufficient funds are under your responsibility and you could not benefit from the return or refund of the advanced payment if any of these cases occur, unless the establishment agrees or allows otherwise according to their cancellation and payment conditions.
If you wish to review, modify or cancel your reservation, please look at the confirmation email and follow the instructions. Please note that supplements may apply for cancellation according to the conditions of the establishments or you might not benefit from a refund. 6. Electronic correspondence
When you make a reservation we will send you an e-mail with all the information you need about your destination. After your stay we will also contact you to rate your experience. Your opinion is very important to help other travelers benefit from such experiences.
7. Comments
Users can see the comments about the establishment so that they can know first hand all the experiences and opinions. Your review is extremely relevant to Omnirooms Travel Online, S.L., providing that they are objective and polite. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove those reviews that do not fulfill the minimum propriety standards.
8. Liability
Omnirooms Travel Online, S.L. is responsible for any damage arising from our management up to the equal amount to the respective reservation. We are not responsible for damages arising out of or related to any kind of information that the establishment publishes in our website. We are also not responsible for the negligence in their management or major causes.

The development of our website and other devices and every piece of information it has belongs to Omnirooms Travel Online, S.L., and it is registered as intellectual property, thereby prohibiting any use that does not have our exclusive authorization.
When you post a comment or a review about the quality and services of our suppliers on our website, you are giving any rights of intellectual property to Omnirooms.com.

If you disagree with the content included in this document or with the services provided by Omnirooms Travel Online, S.L., you should contact the courts in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. To dissent from other people who use our website and other devices, the process will be exclusively managed in accordance with Spanish law, according to the competence of the courts in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
